EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our
management team is there to assist you with your event
planning from concept to completion. Our experienced and
qualified staff are able to support you and monitor all
aspects of health and safety, security, first aid and fire
issues during the event. Management are able to provide you
with threat and risk assessments to assess your crowd
management solutions and deal with crowd dynamics and
behaviour. Management will also help with event planning,
which will consider all aspects of your event including
security, traffic, medical emergencies, media management,
emergency procedures, evacuation plans and event recovery
procedures.

FIRE
MARSHALS

|
|
Our
qualified members of staff who are former or serving members
of the fire and rescue service are on hand to act as a fire
response team and provide cover during the event, the build up
and breakdown periods. Staff are able to provide you with fire
risk assessments as well as emergency recommendations for a
successful event. They will constantly monitor the event in
regards to preventing outbreaks of fire, checking fire exits,
ensuring fire routes are kept clear and providing additional
support to event management.

EVENT MARSHALS

|
|
Trained
marshals are on hand for any type of event. All staff members
hold the necessary licences for them to perform their duties.
The teams of marshals are there to meet your requirements and
tailored to meet your needs. This includes admission control,
front of house operations and response teams. |

CASH MANAGEMENT

|
|
Personnel
are provided for the security of the cash and ticketing
arrangement of events. Staff are familiar with the working
protocols and time restraints of ticketing and pass systems.
Personnel can be employed for the on site transportation and
collection of cash and tickets as well as security for the
offices and working personnel at the sale points and
entrances. |

|
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

Trained
staff are available to provide you with a traffic plan to suit
your needs and requirements including the management of event
logistics. Working with the police, local authorities and
other local agencies management personnel are able to provide
with a suitable preparations to minimise disruption to your
event |

|
CAR PARK MARSHALS

|
|
Our
experienced personnel will be able to provide the necessary
service ensuring that your guests and clients are directed and
parked accordingly at each event. In addition staff will
liaise with the police and local authorities to ensure that
vehicles enter and exit smoothly from your event. |
